Our farms are so excited to have you come visit. To make this day successful for everyone here are some tips to get the most out of your experience:

  • What is the appropriate dress code for the tour?
    • Dress for the weather! We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes, something to protect you from the elements, rain jackets just in case  (the show will still go on rain or shine), and a hat! Don’t forget water, and sunscreen!
  • Can we buy product on the tour?
    • Absolutely! We encourage our farms to have products for sell during the day. Be prepared and BRING CASH and a COOLER to stock up on all of your favorite things! There may be meal stops or snacks to purchase on the tour, so be prepared to get your grub on, too!
  • Is the farm tour pet friendly?
    • Unfortunately the farm tour does not allow folks to bring your furry friends. Many of the farms that you will see have animals of their own, and we want to respect their operation and safety for all!  Take lots of photos of the day to share with your fur-babies once you get home!
  • Can we take photos on the farm tour?
    • We encourage you to take lots and lots of photos during the day to document your experience! Just remember to ask at each farm if they are ok with it as well. If everyone agrees, make sure to share your photos with us online! You can use #ncfoothillsfarmtour21 to link your photos of the day and see others! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and make sure to tag the farms in your day as well! Spread the experience and the local love far and wide!
  • Where can we purchase tickets?
    • You can purchase tickets online at the top of our page where it says “BUY TICKETS“.
  • Once we purchase tickets, how do we prove that we are legit on the day of the tour??
    • Thanks for thinking of that! If you purchase tickets online, show your receipt from your phone, or print it out.
  • This all sounds great, and I’d love to be more involved. How can I volunteer?
      • We love volunteers! Click here to learn more! We would love to get you plugged in with helping in some capacity.
